01Walking
Walk your way back to clarity
Take a 20-minute walk without making it a performance. Let the pace be comfortable and the goal be presence.
- Spend the first five minutes noticing your surroundings.
- For the next ten, ask yourself: “What do I need today?”
- Use the final five to choose one small next step.
Food for the Soul: A reset does not have to be dramatic to be meaningful. God can meet you in one quiet, intentional step.
02Gentle yoga
Make room to breathe
Try this five-minute evening reset on a mat, rug or beside your bed. Move slowly and stay within a comfortable range.
- Take five slow breaths in a comfortable seated position.
- Move through gentle cat-cow stretches for one minute.
- Rest in child’s pose—or a supported forward fold—for one minute.
- Finish lying down with one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Let this be care, not correction.
